- Why are the pieces unique?
Our pieces are unique because we use end of stock from our partner Royalties for manufacturing. As we use all the stock of socks we buy, we cannot mass-produce models.
- How does one size work?
Our pieces being made from socks, their material is stretchy. For this reason, they are adaptable to different morphologies. However, we do offer more specific sizing recommendations in product descriptions.
- How do I wash and care for my sock piece?
We recommend machine washing at 30°.
- How does local pickup work?
If you live in Paris, we offer the possibility of picking up your order directly at 6 cour Saint-Eloi, 75012 Paris. We'll let you know by email when your order is ready.
- Is it possible to have it delivered internationally?
We make deliveries throughout Europe.
- How does the Boomerang Reusable Envelope work?
The principle is very simple, once your order has been received, all you have to do is deposit for free your empty package in the mailbox The post office closest to you. The package will then be sent directly to Auvergne to be cleaned and then re-rented to another brand.
